Shipments

Packages are generally dispatched the same day after receipt of payment depending of opening hours or the next working day for Dubai and other Emirates.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to Emirates of delivery. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Returns

If you have any issues with your order, please contact our Customer Care team by emailing contact@seamossgel.ae within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note that due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
We are happy to resolve any issues and provide a replacement or refund for any damaged or lost item. In these cases, please email a picture of the damaged item or order number for tracking verification. Upon receipt, refunds will be processed the same day and replacement orders will be sent within 5 business days of receipt.
